Extended Cover: $3,750 Hardcover or Paperback or both. This options is not advertised but if you see this please contact me about the "special extended cover option" to discuss the details. The main difference with this option is that the client prefers that I do all the creative observations and photo search and supply them with 1-4 options. After an extensive creative discussion with client, I research, purchase (from istockphoto) and photoshop the images together to create the cover you see. (return to cover options)
